I believe the issues here could be fixed if either the owners (a) knew there was an issue (b)took the time to train these young works properly
Today's visit is what prompted this review i ordered a 5pc chicken strip dinner and a kids meal once i recieved my order i look in the box and it had 4 strips in the box they did correct the issue but if it takes 10 min in a drive through to put an order out it should be correct.
I would really like to meet with the owners and order lunch with them while the employees had no idea who was ordering so they could see how bad the service is. if it was just the long wait times or just bad service then i could look past those things but it is a constant and consistent issue with this sonic .
Service was great! I would not order food unless Sonic is your thing. Just get a slushy!
My husband and I ordered two chili cheese tater tots and two hot poppers. The total came up to $17.89. We waited 23 minutes for our food in the Drive-Thru. My opinion not worth the money not worth the time
Great for a quick bite. Great drink selection is prob the best thing.
The chemical tasting vanilla custard left a very bad taste. This was my last of 3 visits to different Sonics. Each was disappointing. At my previous visit in Ashland, the car hop gave himself a big fat tip from my gift card.
Oh and the employees that were working were very nice and i believe doing the best they can
