Pull up attempted to order at the drive-thru was greeted by a female stated I wanted a chicken bacon Swiss , was asked by a male did I want curly fries or regular?... I asked could I get the potato cakes... a female replied sure 2,4,or 5?...
Their food is usually decent but they seem to occasionally forget items when you go to the drive thru. The last time I went I ordered a French dip, and they forgot. The au jus.
God knows what I would have ended up paying for or eating.
Been a customer for 30 years. Hands down best Arby's I've ever eaten at. Favorite fast food place in Vernal. Excellent food and service.

I replied 2 please.... the male then chimed in with what did I want with my second chicken bacon Swiss I said I only wanted one in a combo.... it went on like this back and forth a guy and then a girl a guy then a girl ...they had everything completely confused I eventually just drove off.
I don't know if someone was training inside or if they were just bored and getting creative but that was really irritating.
