Upon bringing the food (an hour after ordering) the waitress informed me that my burger was being remade as it was made wrong. Then, ten minutes later I receive it completely wrong.
Jess was an Amazing waitress! She greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm. We were never out of drinks, had our food orders correct and checked to make sure we enjoyed our meals. I will always call ahead now to see if she is on staff and seated with her. We had a party of six and waited for an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. We were the only ones on the east side of the restaurant aside from one other booth.
Love this place sometimes it can get slow during rush hour but service is usually great fast service everything tastes great
Denny's is a very warm, welcoming restaurant, with great food, great service and ran well here in Vernal Utah. The restrooms are very sanitary and kept clean. Yeah, I work at Denny's and it's a whole other world working there, but there is a lot of team work and hard working servers, hosts/hostesses, cooks, and most of all the dishwashers I have a lot of respect for, because I am a dishwasher as well. I'd recommend eating at Denny's in Vernal Utah, it's a great place to hang out, chat with friends and enjoy time relaxing and taking the fam damily out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, any time of the day. It's a great place to eat.
Great service and amazing food. I had a little long wait but It is family friendly and worth the trip
This was the better of my last two trips to this restaurant. This is not hyperbole in any way.
At this point the "manager" comes out and offers me a free dessert for the troubles. Yes, you read that correctly, a free dessert was supposed to rectify waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for a burger.
Wow, where to start...
In the end, I got a $3.73 discount on the ticket, and was starving. I just went home and ate a PB&J.
To the owner: you will never receive another dime of my money.
