this motel is located right along 40/Vernal's main street. you can walk to bars and museums close by, which is nice. the rooms are large, have stove-tops, microwaves and even a couch. it's definitely not your regular motel, though. most motels have the bed frames that touch the floor so your stuff doesn't get lost under the bed... this place doesn't have that. it seems somewhat outdated, but definitely nice enough. the staff was kind a pleasant, and overall was clean enough. beds are decently comfortable as well.
This room I'm in..I'm not gonna tell you the price.. I will tell you this.. It bar far the nicest room I've ever had in this low price range.. Very clean it didn't reek of the cleaning fluid.. Bed is a bit on the firm side.. Great room. I'll stop here again ..
Such excellent, efficient managers. They each were curious, helpful, did things for us. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, had plenty of space, & smelled fine.
Hotel is very dated and tried to charge us more for our pets than they initially told us over the phone. However the cash price is not terrible, it's better than other hotels I've seen for $50/night. Do not use your choice hotel points here though, it's 6,000 points whereas the extremely nice Comfort Suites is only 8,000 points. Pay the $22 for the extra 2,000 points if you need to.
The house keeping staff was amazing. It is a extended stay but there is hardly any cooking utensils, to cook with. Always clean when we got back from the days outing. Will stay there again if we go up that way again.
Since the price was right for ud, we will continue to stay here.
