We stayed one night. The room was pretty small seems that I have 3 kids and a fur baby. Who is actually pretty big. But the customer service was defiantly a 5+. We had found a cheap little ring behind the dresser cause my kids threw something back there. We left it, they actually called us to let us know we had left it. The breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean. If we are ever in the area again, we know where we will be staying. Thanks for being honest.
Stayed memorial day weekend great place. Very clean allow dogs. Beds were comfy . Staff were all very nice. Mr Rajesh the own goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfy and relaxing. Rooms are also very well insulated don't hear traffic or car doors all day or morning. Definitely will be staying here from now on when visiting vernal
Check in was a very slow process. There were several people waiting and only one person able to get everyone checked in. Check in time is at 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and they had not cleaned the room we were staying in yet. We had to stand in the hallway with all of our stuff for about 30 minutes while they hurriedly cleaned it. Once we were able to get in the room, it wasn't very clean, as we expected but we were tired and didn't want to bother with having the cleaners come back. There were stains all over the curtains and the comforter that was on the bed but the sheets were clean so we just took the comforter off. The rest of the stay was fine after that. Continental breakfast, a nice pool, and our room had a large, jetted tub so besides the first 2 hours or so it was a fine place to stay.
Beds are a bit too firm. Tried to put brown sugar and raisins on my oatmeal and the brown sugar was hard as a rock and raisins were old, that needs to be checked daily please :-) and unfortunately not much for breakfast unless you enjoy sugary cereal and white bread. Waffles are okay... But premade processed omelets that you can heat up in the microwave are not something I would touch for breakfast :-( rooms are small but very clean :-) :-) toilet handle has to be held down for at least a full minute before it will flush and we are afraid it's going to get plugged up!
Excellent place! Great service and staff. Very freindly and professional!! The only place I'm staying when I travel to Vernal!!!! Thanks to Raj and his staff! Recomend to all looking for a great place to stay
