It's a great place for boating. It has a few sandy beaches but they mostly can't be reached without a boat. There are paddle boards and I think some kayaks available to rent for the day.
$8 to enter, $15 to rent a kayak single or double, five minutes rowing take you across to the swim spot, where a giant slope rock of 9 tracks footprints can be seen and a good size cave full of swallow nest. Fun swim spot! Don't go there when swallow are home or they will dive bomb you.
Great place to camp. Smaller rigs and tent camping is good. Only a few sites with FHU. Place had great views, beach and access to the water.
Beautiful area. Nice hiking and biking. It is educational as well. Go check out the dinosaur tracks.
Red Fleet is a nice little reservoir for fishing, hiking, and playing in the water. Check out the dinosaur footprints on the north end.
