So far this has been terrible. I came in for a simple oil change and they didn’t have the right oil filter for my truck. That’s not a big deal. I went down the street to an auto supply store and got one. Here’s the problem. I purchased oil filter for $11 that should have been supplied with the oil change. I asked if they would give me a discount for having to provide my own oil filter and the guy said all he could do is give me a $2 credit!?!? I’m still here, so we’ll see how good Walmart’s social review team is an if they end up doing the right thing.
