Took over an hour for my car to even get pulled into a spot. I understand when your busy it takes time but tell the customer that. I'm 8 months pregnant and hadn't eaten lunch because I figured it would take a total of a half hour. While all the technicians were all eating lunch instead of working, I sat and waited for 2 hours for a simple oil change. Cars got moved around so many times that someone who was there after me got done before mine. Heard another lady say she had been there for over 3 hours and they didn't even do everything they were supposed to so she was still waiting! I didn't even end up with a reminder sticker. Not impressed with the service or customer service and not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Done going there.
We went to the Vernal location three time in the last week to get our scooter inspected. Each time we receive very poor customer service. The first and second time we went the employees told us there was going to be an hour and a half wait. Both times there was only one car in a bay and employees were standing around. The time it took them to explain to us it was going to be an hour and a half wait they could have done the inspection. The third time we went in hopes it would be a little less busy towards closing around 6:50-7:00 we pulled up and asked an employee waiting outside what time they closed. He acted very put out that we even asked him a question, then he looked at his phone and told us one second and we sat there just looking at each other for 2-3 Minutes he then turned to us and said "technically we are closed" right as the clock turned 7:00. We asked the employee "how long does it take to do an inspection" the employee stated "just a few minutes on those, but now we are closed". I understand how frustrating it is to have people come in last minute but it wasn't just one interaction we have had poor service.
Awesome Employees, they are very fast & know what they are doing.
They always explain what they are about to do to my car & are happy to explain it more than once lol.
Slow service. They get as much $$$ out of you as they possibly can. I went for an oil change and safety inspection. 2 hours and $289 later, they failed me on the inspection because of a crack in the windshield along the wipers. I drove straight over to another service center and passed.
The slowest place I've ever been too.. They Lied about our battery and alternator output said it was bad not true. Told us we needed new brakes and rotors on all four wheels not true. We took it to the Jiffy Lube in Salt Lake City Utah And we're told none of the information we received from them was correct. And they took care of us. Don't take your vehicle here ever.
