We have tried Papa John's twice now and both times they screwed up our order and took way longer then needs be to finally get our order correct! It's unfortunate because we love this pizza but don't care for the service provided at the vernal location!
I have called like 10x today. They are supposed to be open. Its 2pm on Wednesday. I was about to make a huge order. My past have been 5 star experiences.

I ordered the 15 chicken piece with blue cheese dressing. I got what looks like the left overs from the end of the day and pizza sauce instead of blue cheese. Also they told me they can't break $100 bills oh and read the coupons closely they only apply to online orders. I spent $45 and that will be my last order EVER!
I ordered on the app and asked for no bacon on a speciality pizza. It came with it, but I called and they remade the pizza for me. I'm glad they did. Great service.
