The delivery guy needs to be fired! It should not have taken 30 minutes to deliver a pizza 5 blokes from your store
Our local store is wonderful and always gets our orders correct and delivers in a timely manner. It is REALLY irritating that we get charged a $3.00 delivery fee and that is not the drivers tip. I am only ordering delivery because everyone is out of the office and if I want lunch, then I order delivery. We never know when everyone will be out of the office otherwise I would spend my $3.00 towards making my own lunch. It is a service you offer and should be for free not in addition to. You have already hired the drivers whether I pay the $3.00 or not as they keep you in business!!
