This place sucks! Urgent? ha ha! sat and waited over 1 hour and a half for simple test results. all the while sitting in a room listening to the Nurses and PA's laughing and playing around. I finally got up and left! still no test results and still in pain. i dis-service to the medical industry.

We love you guys! My wife has some pretty extreme medical conditions (4 years ago she had a brain infection that caused meningitis and then caused a stroke). While we are grateful she is alive this has caused tons of crummy side effects for her. We love the ease of getting apts when she is having problems. We also find the wait times way way above the rest of the country. We have been to drs all around the world and here in the U.S. We consider the Drs and PAs some of the best we have encountered. We have an apt for her in Salt Lake with a dr that has taken 3 months for them to call us and it will be 7 1/2 months for her to actually see that Dr. Thank you!
The most incompetent nurse I have ever dealt with. I called on a Saturday regarding prescription information, The nurse said she would check with the PA and call me right back. After never receiving a call back and knowing they closed at 6 PM on Saturday I called back at 5:36 PM I was put on hold for 24 minutes , at 6 PM I was cut off and when I called straight back they were closed. On another occasion my wife went in with an injured elbow from a fall. The PA on duty could not tell from the x-rays if her elbow was broke so he referred her to an orthopedic specialist, the specialist determine her elbow was broke and treated her arm for the next three months. When we got the bill from urgent care they had charged us an extra $100 for treating a fracture on top of the x-rays even though they could not read x-rays and did not do anything extra except refer her to another doctor, they did put her arm in a sling which we had to pay for at the time of service. I am now looking for a new family doctor for myself, wife and 5 children. Incompetence like that is what you expect from a teenager working at 7-Eleven Not physicians in an urgent care clinic
