I'm a 47 year old male who's lived in addiction since the age of 15. Allegiance Addiction Recovery Center changed that and so much more. Toward the end of my addiction it didn't matter how much I used or how much I drank it was never enough. I was miserable using I was miserable not using. I reached a point when living was more painful than dying. So I took the necessary steps to make sure I would die and followed through with it. Only it didn't work. I woke up handcuffed to a hospital bed. My wife was not impressed. Work fired me. Ultimately addiction and the suicide attempt cost me a divorce. I was at an all time low. Utterly defeated, hopeless and broken. I entered Allegiance Recovery Center without any hope what so ever. What I left with was a life full of possibilities, hope, happiness free of addiction.
