Great customer service.
we waited three weeks for our custom measured, custom made shower doors. When they arrived today there was a 12" gap between the door and the fixed piece of glass. They went ahead and installed them,left all of the dust a debris from the drilling, and didn't clean any of it up. They walked out the door and said 2 maybe 3 more weeks until the replacement doors would be here, like it was no big deal. The doors did not meet the floor so we asked what to do about the water leaking out. The installer said " oh I have a sweep for the bottom" then just left.. We were so disappointed with the service. We won't use them again.

Dori went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. After buying a home I discovered that the front door lock didn't work properly. Dori let me use the display model while sh worked with the manufacturer to get everything taken care of. Her customer service was awesome! I would definitely recommend Jones Paint & Glass.
