He Was very nice,he listened to what you had to say the nurses are nice too, front desk is frendly ,and when I was in real bad pain he fit me in the same day I called. I will continue to go to him for help.
I have never had so many negative experiences with the same doctor in my life. The first was when he insisted I see a psychiatrist, he immediately booked the appointment for me in Salt lake (3.5) hours away for the very next day. I had to take the day off from work and drive out there, when I got to my appointment they informed me that I did not have an appointment with the psychiatrist, that it had been booked with the counselor instead. Complete waste of my time and money. Instead of an apology from Dr. Parker, he tired to blame everything on the office in salt lake. The final straw for me was when I recently went in for a UTI, I have had these several times in the past, I know exactly when I have one. Dr. Parker's nurse took a urine sample and was deciding which antibiotic to give me when Dr. Parker insisted I have an ultrasound done before he would give me an antibiotic. As baffled as I was I went ahead with the ultrasound and was assured by several different staff members that I would receive the results within two hours. 10 days went by without a phone call until I was in so much pain I couldn't stand it. When I called to ask why no one had followed up with me I was told that it was my job to make sure someone called me with my test results! When I asked them to give me an antibiotic I was told I would have to come in yet again for another urine sample. This man has absolutely no idea what he is doing, he doesn't listen to a word you say, and his office staff is a complete joke.
He has gotten my condition under control in under 1 year while the specialities almost killed me more than helped me. In my opinion he is the best doctor I have ever had.
