Just got off the 4-day Green River trip. Tyler, Joey and Codey were awesome boatmen. Food was amazing - smoked salmon appetizers, tacos, lemon cake for dessert were scrumptious. Would HIGHLY recommend hanging out with these guys for a few days and escaping the 21st century. Thank you for a memorable family adventure!
We recently returned from our 5 day Yampa/Green Rivers float trip... I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. We had TWELVE children and 11 Adults so the guides had their work cut out for them. First of all, the amount of coordination that goes into planning these trips is mind-boggling and they do it seamlessly, like seasoned pros. They were very kid-friendly and kind with the kiddos. The equipment is top & well cared for and the staff is so respectful of the beautiful nature that we encountered. Guides are well-versed in the history of the area and feed you fun facts throughout the trip. The food, campsites, "entertainment", safety were all impeccable. A big thank you for creating such a wonderful memory for our families.
I have been on several multi-day rafting trips and Dinosaur River Expeditions was certainly the best group of guides that I have been with. Not only were they exceptional at guiding us down the river, but also their wealth of knowledge about the history, geography, and wildlife of the area was endless. The meals each day were excellent and the appetizers before dinner every night were a real treat. On top of that they kept us thoroughly entertained each night with games, live music, costume parties, and theatrical performances. The Yampa River is a magical place all to itself, but if you want a truly amazing experience, be sure to go with Dinosaur River Expeditions!

This was an amazing experience! Beautiful scenery, hikes, and a fun group of people. Second time on the Gates of Ladore. The guides are knowledgeable and detail oriented. I felt safe. I will bring my boys next year.
Just had a great excursion with DRE! The Green river is flowing fast right now and we had a blast. Easy phone reservation, everything was ready when we got to the Vernal headquarters and we left promptly. The Flaming Gorge Dam tour was awesome as the water was flowing through the pumps at an incredible rate and was part of the float trip. Bailey was a great guide and did a great job engaging with our kids.
