Great customer service and the phone service has exceptional coverage and quality.
They really need to educate some of their sales and customer service on explaining services in FULL detail, (could have saved everyone a lot of time). Some of the IT know what they are talking about and have been helpful. I wish there were real competitors in the area because we would of left long ago.
Top dollar price for poor service. Internet isnt good for what you pay for. There price is never a set price per month for internet. I also put in for a move and change so ill have internet at my new house. Took them two and a half weeks to change it over. Plus they charged me for the whole month when i couldnt even use it for half the month.
