They got our vehicle to where it needed to go, but their office staff (Melanie) was not friendly over-the-phone with my husband or myself. She acted very annoyed at our inquiries of the transport of our vehicle.
They have never let me down. They are very courteous and take care of business for a fair price. They also offer free friendly advice, as well as sell and rent equipment for all types of river running, including raft rentals.
