They changed the gate code for no reason. They did not answer the phone for 3 days! Then the code finally worked to let me in, but then I was trapped and couldn't get out!
We moved away, and left our stuff in this storage until we could come back to get it. Unfortunately months turned to years. We continued to rent until our unit was broken into. Everything of value was stolen. No one really had answers as to when it was broken into and how long it was open to anyone who can get into the gates!! We were told several other storages were broken into, but when we filed a report we found out, we were the only ones who reported?? Which was weird... At the time there were no security cameras. And there was like 4 different people who held a key to our storage unit???? Wtf!! Then we were asked to move out within a "couple" of days. In all honesty, i wish we could've taken the day we signed a lease for a storage there.
they do not know how to run a buisness i called 4 times one day(wensday) finally they called back then the next day they changed the pass code so no one could get in then didnt awnser the phone on a thursday tell 4pm....
