I am a property owner, and this company didn't do what they said they would. Personally, the people are fine. The services that they boast of providing and what they actually do differ greatly. When they say they did a semi-annual or annual inspection, they actually mean they drove by and saw the house was still standing. They don't check the yards, they don't go inside and ask if everything is fine. They do NOTHING to earn the money they get from the investment. This company is not a good one at all.
My Wife and I have been renting from Community Best for 2 years we have moved from a one car garage unit to a 2 car unit. It was easy and painless. We were refunded our deposit quickly and repaid the lower deposit since it was now lower. We had a few issues when old manager was there but usually dealt with Ana and since she has taken over as property manager any issues we have are handled quick and easy. She is a pleasure to deal with.
I had a great experience renting from Community Best! The staff are so great to work with and helped us when needed, returned phone calls and were on it when we need maintenance work done. We rented for 2 and half years and never had a problem with them. The payment system was simple, all online. I don't have a bad thing to say, we held up our end of the rental contract and they did as well. I would rent from them again!
I have lived in my studio apartment for just over 2 3/4 years and have been visited by the owners several times, I truly appreciate the owners for stopping by and seeing if I had issues that needed to be addressed and then resolving them. Community Best Management has been for there with service and diligence to provide services to me. I do recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent. Lastly, I thank Ana and her staff for been available to see to my legitimate issues when I reported them. I hope that you will consider giving them a chance to serve you as well.
