Nothing was pleasant about this almost 2 year stay. Fellow tenants make death threats, had my apartment turned upside down with almost 2200$ worth of ammo go missing with a busted up 2000 dollar TV. She is just impossible to get hold of and haven't had any returned calls or letters returned that I've taken the time to write out forcing us to find a more secure/friendly place to live.
I was very satisfied with Willow Park Apartments from the first time I walked in the door. Kristie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the apartments and the city. The apartment complex was always clean, and well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone.
Pleasant place to live.
Management doesn't do anything but charge you fees. You'll never finish paying them. Fees for every little thing. Management has changed 3 times in a year. Nothing gets resolved. They just argue with you. The apartments are very clean. Not too quiet anymore. Neighbors play their music loud enough for all to hear. The list goes on.
I have been staying here for about a week and I love love love this place and the people surrounding me in the city and in the complexes. Very affordable and spacious. Super nice owner and pleasant neighbors who you can talk to or just hang out with, even if you do not know them too well. When you are in trouble with anything, the owner and people around you will help out in any way possible. This is like my second home after I moved out here by myself from Chicago.
