I really appreciate the awesome job they did of cleaning my couches and carpet. My two two-year-old boys dumped a bottle of dawn dish soap throughout the house and on the couches. SUDSY MESS! I could not get it out myself. I appreciate they had fast turn around time to get an appointment. They showed up on time and were very courteous. When they cleaning was over I presented a coupon I had seen on Facebook. The gentleman explained I had the wrong company. I was surprised because I honestly thought I contacted their competitor (who the coupon was for). He apologized for the confusion (which had nothing to do with him) and offered to match the coupon since I thought that is what I was getting. Customer service does not get any better than that. I love the look of my clean carpets. I love that he took time to explain the work and details to me. Thank you Pro Carpet Cleaning! I would refer you to anyone! :)
