I have had two extremely bad experiences with the manager Cody. 1st he yelled at me in his store in front of his customers telling me he did not need to give me a copy of my lease agreement cause i should already have it. Months down the road he would not let me speak to higher managment then he proceeded to tell me i was irresponsible and ung up on me. The most unprofessional co thay are mean. Please do not waste ur time they do not deserve ur time or buisness.
The staff has always been pretty nice to work with ! They try to give the best of their ability with all things . We have been buying with them for almost 3 years and it's always been pretty smooth sailing !
They have always been willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy as a customer. This is rare in a rent to own store from my experience. I use them a lot.
If you need to make payments on funiture DO NOT go here. It's 50% interest on everything in that store! Because they "don't run credit checks" I have an 800 credit score and was offended when they told me it's 50% interest across the board for everyone. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
