My experience going through sprint was very satisfying. Both times I've been in all my questions were answered and explained giving me a perfect idea of what to expect through sprint service and involving my bill. Employee Carl and manager Bryan were a delight to work with and extremely helpful. I'm very happy with the assistance I got and plan on remaining with sprint for along time.
Bryan and his team are very helpful. They saved me alot of money and got me a really good plan for what I do for my work. I really liked what they had in stock for accessories as well, I bought the LG bluetooth head set, the 10 foot charger (charges fast, doesn't lose power) and the glass clover protector which saved my LG4 phone. Good thing Bryan encouraged me to get it. Everyone there was very friendly. I encourage everyone to stop over and see what they offer.!!
Garbage customer service. They put a screen protector on my phone that fell off and broke within 2 weeks. When I took it in they refused to help me with my problem.
I would highly recommend the Vernal, UT Sprint store. In my decades of experience with dealing with representatives, Marcia is the type of individual ANY company or establishment is lucky to employ. She is definitely an asset.

Carl and Bryan helped us do an upgrade today. They were both extremely helpful and able assist us with upgrading a phone, adding a new line and adding a tablet. Everything was done in under an hour and they were very professional. I was extremely happy with my visit today.
