I bought a pair of boots from them and they did an excellent job of fitting me. The boots ended up defective and they provided great customer service to help me return them even though I live in WY. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. They went out of their way to help me.
Opens at 10am, but looks good with FRC from the outside. Work'n folks are up before that. Went in when open and large selection of boots and clothes in all sizes

Bought my husband a shirt and pair of tony lama boots while he was at work. He was leaving to go out of town early the following morning for a special family event. He got home and tried to put the boots that same day, but he couldn't even get his foot in. We called to see if we could run them down to exchange but we're told they had just closed. My husband said i can be there under 5 minutes .. would someone be willing to stay pretty please? The lady on the other end says hold on let me see.. gets back on and says "no sorry we're closed." Ok- fine.
I know this is a long review.. but i want to make sure it's known that it's not just that they wouldn't stay 10 minutes late to exchange.. it's not just the BS story about tony lama producing willy nilly sized boots... and it's not just the disrespectful way she spoke to him.. or the fact that she couldn't hand his card back to him. The whole thing sucks!!
The irony in it all?? When i told my husband I was going to shop there that day, he told me i shouldn't because they are overpriced. That's the least of it!! I will never shop there again, nor will i recommend it to anyone. My transaction that day was nearly $300.
Best selection of boots I have ever seen. I girls that work there were very helpful to help fit me in a pair. I will do all my boot shopping here.
