Cheap cheap cheap car was was 9$ and didnt wash but more then a couple minute and the the drying sucked in roosevelt all the car washes come with a good drying and car washes are one 5$ Guess ima keep my car washing business in roosevelt
I wrote this review to thank Javid, because he deserves it.
Javid has better customer service and likability than ANY food server I've seen in the Basin, hands down. He's on par with the best Customer Service Reps in the business we all deal with on a regular basis. If your company needs a good CSR or Server, go steal Javid. (Sorry Mort.)
We've been going to Mort's off and on to wash our cars for years. Everything has worked as expected. Of course there were the occasional technical problem's. (The only reason to lose one star.) A couple times the wash would quit half way through. But it was an easy fix. They gave us a code to go right back through and rewash it. In 6 years, it's only happened twice. But we've never thought to review a car wash, until yesterday, when we went through the guided wash.
One stop for a fill up, air up, and a wash up.
They had an attendant working outside named Javid. As we arrived he waved, and signaled us to talk to him. He greeted us and asked about our day. Then he asked us which level of service we wanted, made the selection for us, and ran our card. He handed our card back, thanked us for our service and told us he'd guide us in. Just before we pulled in we got his name, and he took the opportunity to thank us again. Saying 'Hey thanks a lot for coming by and helping pay my wages."
The young men that work the automatic car wash are awesome. They're always friendly and appreciative towards the customer.
