Terrible service experience. Out of state, traveling through the area, transfer case in Ford F150 went out. Towed to Showalter early-Monday morning, explained the situation (Kim in service) and that we needed the truck repaired by the close of business on Friday. Early-Tuesday afternoon finally got around to checking the problem and notified us that it could be repaired by the close of business on Friday, as requested. Called Showalter on Thursday afternoon and was told that it would be ready the next day.
We had the truck towed from Showalter to an independent repair shop on Saturday. Had to wait 2 days for them to get the part but they got it done. I would highly recommend that this dealership be avoided. Ford Motor Company, you need to address this service failure.
Friday afternoon at 1:30pm received a call that the truck would not be ready, the part was back-ordered! Would that be new information on Friday? They should have know this on Tuesday when the part was ordered and notified us accordingly.
I found persons helping me to be kind,helpful, and finished in time they quoted.. Took time to answer my questions. They helped with a problem they found. They had good information.
Spot on with estimate, both times this past week, very informative, very courteous, even gave us bottle water while waiting. Excellent service dept. Kim was awesome and got my car in as soon as possible. Cashier was so sweet and very efficient. Mechanics took good care of my baby, black ford mustang, very clean inside when i picked it up! Thx Showalter, u guys and gals ROCK!!!!!!
Showalter was a great place to buy from! I didn’t feel pressured nor was Rob in anyway pushy to buy. After weeks of car searching and pushy salesmen it was a relief to find Showalter, they have great prices, and great customer service! I will be buying more vehicles from them in the future!
Only place to buy a new Ford, best customer service in the state . I’m on my 3rd new purchase this year and I drove 3 hours each way to buy them .
